This position is all about building brand and creatively captivating our customers' attention while positioning AUDIOVISIONS as their trusted technology guide.

Success in this role will involve developing creative marketing initiatives, executing on those ideas, and measuring the efficacy of your marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is proficient in day-to-day general marketing skills, while concurrently driving long-term strategic marketing initiatives. We are seeking someone who has the capability to plan and execute market development events that drive engagement and leave our clientele eagerly anticipating the next event. Duties and Responsibilities

Handle SEO and SEM campaigns and coordinate with our outside digital marketing agency www.onefirefly.com

  • Coach our agency on Brand Story and qualification skills
  • Write, edit, and publish our blog and newsletter in collaboration with digital marketing agency
  • Drive new business to our Sales team with a combination of digital marketing campaigns, direct end user market development and Market development efforts towards what we call our Superfecta referral community (Architects, Builders, Designers, Estate Managers)
  • Manage our digital and physical marketing and market development calendar
  • Organize, promote, and execute both internal and external market development events
  • Manage our influx of Market development funds and budgets from our vendor community and buying group
  • Work with our vendors to coordinate marketing campaigns
  • Actively manage our CRM database
  • Work closely with the CEO and HR manager on company communications
  • Develop employee focused marketing and communication pertaining to culture and core values
  • Design our client facing proposal templates and marketing materials
  • Develop internal Photography and Videos for company vision, pillars, core values etc. Develop external videos and photography for marketing and website
  • Plan and execute unique, engaging events to boost brand and technology awareness amongst our referral community and end user clients
  • Travel as needed for market visits, vendor offices, tradeshows

Required skills and qualifications

  • Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong collaborator and team player
  • Refined eye for luxury design
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with a keen sense of creativity
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
  • Working knowledge of videography and skilled in its use in marketing
  • Working knowledge of photography and skilled in its use in marketing
  • Working knowledge of modern graphic design tools
  • Comfortable both in the office and out in the field collaborating with, and presenting to trade partners

Desired but not required skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field
  • Four years in a full time marketing position with a proven track record of success
  • High Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
  • Strong technical competence working with video, photography and graphics.
  • Working knowledge of third party resource tools such as Fiverr.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the StoryBrand Framework

Job Details

Salary and Reporting
  • $59,988 to $88,462 per year
  • This position reports to the Director of Sales and Marketing
