What the Role Does

This role builds customized solutions for clients (residential and/or commercial projects) using cutting-edge technology.  This role works to establish key relationships with Interior Designers, Architects, GCs, and similar roles to build a strong market presence and ultimately a strong book of business. This role must be able to work well and ultimately sell solutions to ultra high net worth individuals and be able to not only meet, but anticipate their unique needs.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Relationship cultivation by developing and nurturing current and potential relationships with architects, builders, designers and clients. Builds a marketing program, generates and follows-up on sales lead, shepherding a potential client through the process to close the sale.  

    Skills and knowledge required: Experience with UHNWIAbility to establish rapportExperience in big-ticket sales Strong communication skills

  • Must track business development activity, sales funnels, contract signings, and revenue through company-provided tools including the use of the company’s proprietary software. Must create and implement realistic and measurable quarterly sales plans.

    Skills and knowledge required: Strong organization, Attention to detail, Tenacity and follow-through, Intermediate computer skills

Education or Experience Required

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in marekting or similar preferred. Experience in big-ticket sales is required; experience in A/V or control systems is preferred.
